Danielle Robbins
(b. Oakville, Ontario | Lives and works in Welland, Ontario)

Danielle Robbins is a Canadian acrylic painter whose work explores the emotional depth of animals and the quiet beauty of the natural world. A self-taught artist with a lifelong love of art, Danielle brings a unique blend of discipline and creativity to her practice—shaped by her ten years of service in the Canadian Army as a communication and computer specialist in Petawawa and Borden.

After relocating to Welland with her husband following her military career, Danielle began to reconnect with painting more seriously in 2018. With her children now grown, she has dedicated herself to developing her artistic voice, returning to acrylics with a renewed sense of purpose.

While landscapes were an early focus, Danielle’s true passion lies in animal portraiture. Her paintings are celebrated for their emotional resonance, attention to detail, and ability to capture the spirit of her subjects. Drawing from both memory and observation, she creates work that invites the viewer to connect on a personal level—whether through a beloved pet or a moment in nature.

Danielle is open for commissions and continues to build a growing collector base. Her paintings reflect a love of colour, form, and connection—offering timeless tributes to the animals and natural moments that inspire her every day.
