Trish Tonaj is a Canadian abstract artist whose vibrant acrylic paintings invite viewers to experience colour as emotion, movement, and atmosphere. Her work blends spontaneity with intention, offering collectors expressive compositions that enliven both indoor and outdoor spaces.

A lifelong creative, Trish began painting in her youth and refined her practice through international workshops and studies in mediums ranging from watercolour to etching, photography, and life drawing. Now working primarily in acrylics, she has developed a signature style rooted in bold colour fields and gestural abstraction. Her outdoor collections—designed for patios, porches, balconies, and entrances—offer a unique way to extend art beyond the walls, while her indoor works explore rich visual narratives in contemporary colour.

In addition to her visual arts practice, Trish is a two-time published author (Breaking Barriers: 10 Entrepreneurial Women Share Their Stories and A Diary of Change: 12 Personal Tools), and the founder of shareyourstories.online, a platform amplifying creative voices and entrepreneurial journeys. Her paintings are held in private collections across Canada, the U.S., and Europe.

Trish’s recent accolades include being named “Leader of the Year” in the Americas by Women Changing the World (2024) and receiving the Global Silver Award for Business of the Year (2025). With every brushstroke, she continues to blend legacy, storytelling, and inspiration—offering collectors not only beautiful work, but a connection to a vibrant creative journey.
